/start-session/{supplierIdentifier}

This is a browser link, not a JSON API call — there's no request/response contract to build against. Redirect the respondent's browser here and Fusion handles everything until it sends them back to one of your configured outcome URLs.

supplierIdentifier is three values concatenated into one path segment, with no separators:

supplierId — your account ID, assigned by PureSpectrum

countryCode — 2-letter respondent country (e.g. US)

cpi — placement CPI × 100, zero-padded to 4 digits (e.g. $2.15 → 0215; no CPI → 0000)

Example: supplier 4021, country US, CPI $2.15 → 4021US0215.
